Classes/Groups/Retreats

If you want to enhance your therapeutic experience, it is highly recommended that you 

attend my IFS and Enneagram classes.  These classes are open to anyone and are offered

once a month.  It has been said that  learning about yourself is solitary work that can't be 

done alone.   Those who have participated in group have said  how much it helps them feel 

like "they are not the only one struggling."
